Echocardiogram
An echocardiogram is a specialized ultrasound test used to evaluate the complex structures of the heart and the direction of blood flow within its chambers. At Advance Diagnostics Laboratories (ADL), our highly trained technicians utilize advanced transducer technology to capture detailed images and videos from various angles across the chest wall. This non-invasive procedure is essential for assessing overall heart function and diagnosing conditions such as valve disease, myocardial disease, and congenital heart defects. Serving the Pontiac and Livonia areas, we ensure that every study is reviewed by a cardiologist, with a comprehensive report provided within 24 to 48 hours to help you and your physician monitor your heart health or the effectiveness of ongoing treatments.
